By creating a club account or otherwise using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
This platform helps swim clubs manage tournaments (heat sheets, lane assignments, and live results), season-long training plans (workouts, training zones, and macrocycle periodization), athlete rosters and progress tracking, and multi-staff club administration.
A club is created by a Head Coach, who may invite additional Coaches and Helpers by email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans begin with a free trial period. After the trial, your club will be billed according to the plan you select, processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. You may cancel at any time from your club's billing page; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Many athletes managed on this platform are minors. Clubs and coaches entering athlete information are responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian consent required by applicable law before adding a minor's data to the platform.
You agree not to misuse the platform: no unauthorized access to another club's data, no uploading of unlawful or infringing content, and no interference with the normal operation of the service.
The platform, its design, and underlying software remain the property of its operator. Your club retains ownership of the data you enter, including athlete records, workouts, and tournament results.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may close your club account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled after termination.
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
