We use collected information to operate the platform: running tournaments and heat sheets, tracking training and attendance, managing club billing, and providing customer support.
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, such as our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and email delivery provider, and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain club and athlete data for as long as the club account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.
Athlete records may include minors. This information is entered and managed by the club's coaching staff, not directly by the minor. Clubs are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate parental or guardian consent before entering a minor's information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account by contacting your platform administrator, subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records.
